We are at this store five times a week. They have some amazing humans. Love the service and they are very friendly and consistent.
This is the 3rd time my drink was made incorrectly. I never want to ask for a remake bc I don’t want to sound like a Karen but if I’m paying 7.00 for a drink I would hope it was made correctly.
The baristas kept me waiting for about five minutes while they chatted about nonsensical things right by the register. One was talking to the other while cleaning out the sugar organizer. They looked at me a couple of times but didn’t acknowledge me. When they finally came to the register, there was no mention of the wait.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. One nice gentlemen was working hard making all the drinks the other employees just watched. It took 15 mins to get a hot coffee at 11:30am.
