Horrible customer service. They don't open on time. Then the manager at the time didn't have the decency to explain when they will open. She made gestures with her hands to go through the drive thru yet she saw the vehicle I had which was a huge Ford Transit. The website and also Google state they open at 4:30. It doesn't specify 4:30 Drive thru only
This place always takes long to get helped at drive thru, people go through drive thru for fast service but ends up waiting longer , that’s why I give this place 2 stars
Very fast and friendly service. Drinks are nice and strong. They do it right! Very nice outdoor patio seating only. Nearby parking is difficult because of the drive-thru blocking the spaces. Coming in from Imperial can be trouble if the drive-thru is backed up. Just use the NEXT driveway and come around the back of Stox and you're good. It does get busy here in the mornings but relatively quiet in the afternoon.
My mom comes here every single day before work for over 10 years. Maybe even 15-20 years. Since they opened. For the first time in a while I met my mom here to buy her a cup of coffee before work. After our purchase I accidentally left my wallet here. They were gracious enough to hold my wallet for me. Really sweet employees, they all know my mom. My Americano Coffee ☕️ was delicious. Lemon loaf was also good.
