One batista insisted not to give my husband the code for the bathroom until he ordered. My husband even said he will order but he just really need to pee. We we're supposed to order through drive tru because it's night time, but he needs to use the restroom so I just stayed in the car because my son was sleeping. This batista was so judgemental and kept insisting my husband that he need to order first. Maybe because he was just wearing his pajama and hoodie. What a joke
Walked in at 9:20 and ordered brewed coffee and the guy said we didn’t have any and he offered us americanos which I said cool. When we got them we were adding a sugar to our drinks and the lady says the lobby is closing soon. We had no intention of staying we were just adding sugar to our drinks. The lady at the counter was just plain rude and telling us to leave. Also the americanos were not good at all.
Went to drive through service was fabulous
These people get it. Hard working, exceptional service. Thank you for fixing my order today. Im forgetful and I appreciate your patience with me.
