After patronizing this store for over 13 years as a high school teacher at a nearby high school. I will not be purchasing from this store again. I was indignant at the behavior of the staff this evening. I went in the lobby to order a coffee on 1/9/2026 at 9:50PM. No one greeted me or even directed a word to me. Tried going in on New Year's Day @1940 and three employees closing prevented me from physically entering the store. The New Years hours said closing @2000. The three employees all shook their heads and said drive-thru only as she was closing her till I noticed. Another person wished to enter and forced the woman to order what looked like Venti Nitro or cold brew and some hot items IN FRONT of a red Nissan Versa at the drive-thru window.
