I went there at 6:30 pm. The place is open until 7:00 pm. I asked for a venti Pike Place. The woman said “I’m sorry but I just dumped out all of the coffee.” Huh?!?? The place is open for 30 more minutes. It’s Starbucks! No coffee? I don’t blame the woman who was working there. I blame the management. If you’re not going to offer coffee after a certain time, then change the hours.
Even though she is always busy, the barista takes time to greet customers with a bright smile. Thank you for your kindness to us sleepy healthcare workers in the morning.
