Absolutely horrible. I come to this location pretty often and spend well over $50 to get drinks and food items only to always have an issue with a drink. As a customer/parent/patron, it is not our fault if it’s too hectic and use that as an excuse for messing up orders. Especially when ordering the first time around takes a very long time, only to then waste even more time to come back and wait again in line to get the order sorted out. Brittany (Or Britney?) who took my order at the drive thru was so full of energy and friendliness- I miss this level of energetic customer service at Starbucks!! The world needs more Brittany’s!!
