This place is tough. The food is never on time and rarely does the app sync with the actual reality inside the store. Sometimes it appears the food is ready on time but they don’t label it or they don’t put it out for the customer to retrieve it. It’s just sitting behind the counter. Today it happened with my oatmeal. Sat in an unlabeled bag behind the counter for more than 15 minutes. It was only after I asked about my order that it was discovered.
