Bad Coustomer Service with tall young boy never seen
Sloooooooooowwwwwww - - sat in drive-through line about 45 minutes for just a handful of cars. As I pulled around, I lowered my window to give my order at the speaker. Waited, waited. No one ever came online so I drove forward. Waited in line about 10 minutes per car to get to window. 20 mobile orders sitting on the counter meanwhile a dozen people who ordered in store suck waiting 20+ minutes. You’re supposed to prioritize the in store people over the mobile queue… these employees haven’t even touched the in store order queue!!!. 5 people ahead of me and all still waiting. Please fix your queue management.
