Very good experience - when they get busy it could take a long time to get the drink, but overall I have always had a good experience here.
Everything is just fine with this location. Food and beverages are always consistent-every starbucks is. But the customer service is atrocious. Any "special " request such as 1 less pump of flavoring, is treated like you're asking for free stuff. Please and thank yous are met with blank stares. No tips? Expect their whole demeanor change going forward. God forbid you need to say any directive again, because now your at the bottom of the for your drink.
