The place has changed. The employees don't have the Starbucks concept of customizing your coffee. You ask for a Splenda, and they send you to the other side to add it. They don't smile, they don't greet you, they're not friendly.

I was craving a delicious matcha with oat milk, but instead, they gave me a green liquid full of lumps, with no taste of milk or matcha at all🤮🤢. Matcha is supposed to be a smooth and flavorful drink, but this was just awful. I’m beyond disappointed! 😡
