I was really disappointed with the service today. The person who helped me clearly has no idea how to work in customer service, not a smile, not even a simple greeting. It was obvious they just wanted to close up and go home. I even asked if they were still open, and they said yes, but after the way they made my hot chocolate, I honestly wish they had just said they were closed. Very disappointing experience.
