The new app features are the absolute worst! If you want to simply add cold foam, for example, you can’t unless it’s a specific menu item. I’ve been a loyal customer for decades and today I 100% would have gone elsewhere if possible. My usual order was out of stock at a store, I had no way to place a new order because you can’t customize at all! Charge us for the freaking almond milk and let us customize. That was part of the benefits of Starbucks!

Worst customer experience with barista Newlin (sp)!. I opted to go inside to order rather than the drive through because of my barking dogs. I went to the register to order my usual coffee with cream on the side to take home to my wife. After ordering the barista said, “ and you can get the cream over there.” I asked him for cream on the side again and he tells me to just put the cream in my coffee cup. The biggest problem with this Starbucks is the door that keeps slamming every time someone walks in. I don't know how people work there tolerate this. I think this has been going for at least a month. Other than that the staff is friendly and polite, and I also like the renovations. However the door situation really ruins the morning coffee experience.

Someone's Gold Bond Healing Hand Cream was on the counter right at the hot bar (ew, your personal care items right by the food/drinks, what else can't we see?) + they were rude.
