The manager here, Moneefa is ridiculous. She’s argumentative and you can tell she was hired from outside the company. She doesn’t know how to uphold the standards of Starbucks. Seeing how she treats the employees in front of customers is crazy. So I can’t even imagine how she is one on one.
Best experience ive had at starbucks. The manager answered all my questions and even gave me the drink on him so I could try it. Great experience and shoutout to the dope manager

Really good Mocha Frappuccino and half off for a pastry
I rarely leave reviews, but I was really let down here. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it came without whipped cream or the spice topping. When I asked about it the staff wasn’t helpful and came across as argumentative. Really disappointing and I will NEVER go back to this location.
