I come to this Starbucks often, and while the drinks are good, everything else is frustrating. This location is consistently slow. Expect a long wait. But the real problem is the layout. The drive-thru line regularly backs up out of the parking lot and into the street, and it completely blocks the only entrance (which is one-way). Nice hardworking people - clean and quiet
People working the drive thru need to have A better attitude or get A different job. Also don’t start talking crap about customers with other employees while said customer is still waiting for their drink after y’all made it wrong and catch an attitude with the customer because i spoke up saying the drink was made wrong. I’m not paying almost $9 for A drink for it to be made wrong.
