haven’t been to Starbucks in over a year, but since I was on this side of town and had a nail appointment, I decided to stop and it was terrible. Coffee was made wrong. Update 4/16/25 I come here a lot and get multiple drinks for my job and they always are out of drink holders. They lack customer service and they aren’t very friendly. The doctor I work for says the same thing. He despises this Starbucks. They really need to have a talk with these employees. Somehow when you order your latte and ask for the espresso on the side, they can’t do it. But every other Starbucks I’ve been to can…So I can’t have my drink the way I want it.
