This has to be the slowest starbucks drive through around. Currently sitting in the drive through for 18 minutes, no movement and no way to get out of line, as there are cars behind me…
I have not visited this location in a while. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew which seemed to baffle the cashier. It is pumpkin season, so i would think it'sa popular order. I got a cold brew with pumpkin cream, which is not the same and actually cost more. Also I didn't get my bonus points, because he put my order in wrong. I also tried the mini pecan.pies. It tasted fine, but not really like pecan pie.
It’s Starbucks, love their coffee! This review has nothing to do with drinks or food, but all to do with the personality of the employees. Most Starbucks that I have visited have had excellent customer service, something that Starbucks prides itself on, but this one in particular has awful customer service. Of the 5 times that I have visited this one, I have been met with less than professional customer service 3 out the 5 times
