Latte was not made right, tasted old and bitter. Didn’t give me my whole order. This was an evening order I think the coffee was old since they were closing soon.
My husband and I frequent this Starbucks several times a week. We eat in for breakfast at least once a week and also do mobile orders for pick up. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They make our experience there exceptional! They are always well staffed with people who know how to make the coffees that are offered, always willing to modify if something isn’t just right. To be honest, we love going there and feel like part of the family! If I could give them more stars I would!
Worst service. It took 15-20min in the drive thru to get a drink.
Poor service. They took 15-20min to give just 2 drinks. There are only 2 cars in front. 4 people inside the Starbucks but very late service. The guy at the drive thru window took the payment and didn’t give the drinks. When I asked about my drink, he didn’t respond and other staff from behind gave the drink that’s right at the window. The guy at the window remembered to take the payment but didn’t even bother about handing over the drink. Very disappointed.
