I got a pumpkin spice frappuccino it tasted a little bland and the whipped cream tasted like cardboard. I wish I wouldn’t have waited until I got in my car and left to taste it or I would have had them make me a new one. Very disappointed 😔
My venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso wasn’t even filled up and tasted very different no espresso at the bottom.
So slowwwww it was busy and the helper just left the other lady alone to do all the orders
I ordered a caramel cream frap for my kid I specifically told the blonde girl at the counter NO CAFFEINE ITS FOR MY KID. halfway home we find out they put coffee in it. I don't know how more clear I could have been the caramel cream frap does not come with coffee and I told her no caffeine !
