Tried to order a Chai latte and was told it would be a waste if they opened up another one because they were already washing the stuff. Note it says it's open until 7 pm. I came to order at 645 pm. If you're not going to have everything available until 7pm, change the hours.
I went to this Starbucks (inside east Safeway) on Saturday, October 19th at 6:30 pm to grab two drinks but the lady behind the counter had a 'Closed' sign up. I double-checked the website and it says they are open until 7:00 pm. I worked in food and beverage industries for over ten years and I understand closing up 5 to 10 minutes early. BUT 30 MINUTES EARLY, that's ridiculous.
I don’t like coming here. The skunk hair girl has the worst attitude and has ruined my morning several times, arguing simple changes I have no problem making at any other location
I always get the coffee just the way I like it and if the ingredients aren’t there I am given options on possible substitutions. I think her name is Tamira the barista I normally get.
Not sure why the employees have attitudes most of the time. A few years ago before they moved and remodeled, I asked an employee if they have the new drinks during Christmas she just gave me an unprofessional expression and said no? their very late at putting out their new drinks.
