First of all. I called in a phone order to L&L Aiea Heights. A young girl answered the phone and I asked to verify that it is the L&L near Jamba Juice, she said "YAH L & L AIEA" I said good ok may I make a phone order, she took my order and she was totally sarcastic about it the whole call. I didn't get upset. My husband came home with the food and he told me that the spareribs were tough, then he chewed to the bone and noticed that there was pinkness therefore, it was RAW!!!
