I walked in today after already trying to get an iced coffee from another location that was out. I was immediately greeted with the most positive response and it instantly made me smile. They ended up giving me a free coffee because I think they sensed I was having a bad day. Amazing staff and the most friendly!! So thank you to those who worked today to help make my day better.
Super clean and pleasant establishment. Small miscommunication on which drink i wanted, and they were happy to remake the drink AND let us keep the mistake order which they absolutely didn't have to. I get coffee every day, and this will definitely be my spot moving forward
I ordered in gibberish, and the cashier understood and translated to language of Starbucks. I now have coffee.
Staff is nice, store is clean, I always order online and rarely have to wait. They really move a lot of product through this location. I prefer this location over the one in Fishkill because this one has better parking/access and is larger.
