I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location today. When I walked up to the counter, I smiled and said hello, but Cheryl (who I believe is the manager) didn’t respond and gave me an unfriendly look. During my order, she corrected how I said my drink in a way that felt unnecessary and came across as rude.
