Just wanted to say shoutout to this Starbucks in Seguin! I was going back home to Houston and I stopped to run a few meetings. Ordered a cold brew, had my AirPods in, and I accidentally pushed my coffee of the table with my laptop! It basically exploded on the ground! Not only did they clean it up immediately, they also I gave me a new coffee free of charge. I felt bad honestly. They were super sweet and made sure my experience was top notch even though I made a huge mess. Thanks guys!
Stephanie, Kadence, Ellie, and the girls were quite simply amazing. Thanks Ladies.
Came in to grab a couple things. Three young ladies were standing behind the register , literally talking to each other, putting stuff up. It wasn’t busy. There was no cars in the drive-through, but literally waited five minutes for a lady to come through the back and she helped me did a great job with the no other ladies just standing around weren’t helpful at all.
