Please please double cup your cups. They are far too flimsy along with the lids don't secure well. So when you grab your filled to the brim coffee the lid flys off and you spill hot coffee all over yourself. This has happened to me twice already and will require my wool coat to be dry cleaned. Get better materials for such a hot beverage.

I don't like coffee but my wife and kids do. Judging by how many empty Starbucks cups are in their car, they must love this place more than me. I do like their breakfast sandwiches though, taste better than the usual fast food places Ive been to. This place has a great parking lot for me to wait in while they go in and spend my money on liquid that's probably helping to stop their heart.
If you order online and 1 or more of your items are missing and there is no substitute, you CAN get a refund if your SB App barcode matches the payment used. If they tell you you have to contact Customer Service in the SB App, it's untruthful. There is NO WAY to contact Customer Service via the SB App. After returning a Grande Mocha that was more sugar than chocolate and or the chocolate syrup used has changed to a lesser quality, the replacement drink was almost as bad, we have decided not to return to this location.
