Ordered a coffee with whole milk and they put in oatmilk, i am allergic to oatmilk.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The employees are the absolute best. The store can get extremely busy, but they are always smiling and they always look out for your every need. They work hard to get the orders out quickly. Truly exceptional customer service. 👏
The people who work here are wonderful. The business model of making mobile orders before people that are actively waiting in the cafe is ridiculous. Also, now sleeves are not automatically given for hot drinks. You’re opening up the liability of burning people to save money.
I love this Starbucks. Great crew especially the young man on drive through in the mornings.
