We go to this one mostly for the drive thru but good lord they need a better system. My wife and I pull up after placing our order and while we got her food and latte in no time I had to wait at the drive thru for 8 minutes for my cold brew. That isn’t acceptable to wait that long at the window. They should stop taking mobile orders if they are getting backed up because that is ridiculous.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I waited over 30 minutes just for 2 drinks and a sandwich, which is already frustrating. But on top of that, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a hot drink and was given a cold one, and I asked for regular egg bites but received veggie egg bites instead. For the amount of time I waited, the least they could do is get the order right. Definitely not a good experience and not worth the wait.
I live in Holliston, which for me is in the middle between the shop in Milford Crossing and the one in Medway and 99% of the time I choose Medway. Just now, 3 staff members walked by me while I was in the cashier and no one came to get my order. I was the only one in line. It felt as they had no urgency for only one person in line.
