took almost 20 minutes for me to get my drink and it wasn’t even made right
There is no reason why it should take 15 minutes for one of the dozen employees hiding behind the bar to meagerly stroll up to finally take someone’s coffee order. And the attitude of the staff is mind boggling. Why are you so annoyed at taking someone’s coffee order? As I was waiting I overheard one woman tell a barista that it’s been nearly 45 minutes and she hasn’t received her chocolate milk she ordered. Where is management?
