I always use apps made order. Yesterday and 3/25 I was ordered same thing Lavender Oatmilk Latte which was hot. But they made cold twice. When I came to the store, I was standing there over 3 minutes and nobody responded me.by the way,I was the only customer at that time. And I walked down to cashier try to telling them I was ordered hot. She is like oh, ok and ask another stuff just redo without any apologies. That’s fine.
