I needed a couple ounces of hot water. Starbucks gives cups of water so you would think a few ounces of hot water wouldn’t be an issue right? I even ordered a $2.95 bottled water as a courtesy. When I got there the girl working the counter (her name was Destani) was, well, anti-customer service. She said they can’t serve hot water unless it is with a drink. Very welcoming and the coffee is made very well. My first choice when getting Starbucks on Merritt Island.
One of the managers and some of the employees wouldn't be employable in most other companies with their disgusting attitudes. Some of the baristas treat their customers like trash. It's pathetic that corporate allows this mistreatment of its customers. If managers are nasty, their attitudes sometimes influence the employees.
