Took me 40 minutes to get my iced triple espresso with only cold foam and 3 pumps of syrup. That’s insane.
I’ve always had a great experience but today I mobile ordered my beverage! They made it incorrectly, then when I asked them to remake it in the drive thru the employee was so so rude. She then snatched my drink, dumped it in another cup and just added a ton of milk on top lol. Didn’t remake it or say a word. So then I went inside, and thankfully a different barista was super kind and got me a different drink!!
Took 30+ minutes for an order we placed well ahead of time..
I’m truly apologize I just typed the wrong store. This Starbucks coffee is so amazing. Sorry about that
