I had a coupon on my phone to get a drink for three dollars and the girl at the register told me that it wasn’t on my account. It was there because I hadn’t used it. I had to call customer service and that girl told me she could see the offer on my account and see it was unused. She told me she would refund me and told me to go back. I will not be returning. I have had the same order for about a year now. Nothing has changed with my starbucks order. When I pulled up to the window, my order was wrong. I politely let the barrista know my order was wrong. She then, in return, told me I ordered my drink wrong, and it's my fault the order was made wrong. During my last few visits, the coffee I order tastes burned and bitter. It’s not just one particular drink, but various lattes, cold brews, etc.
They are the best . Go every day.
Customer service was poor. The girl lacked empathy and sympathy and lied about not being able to take my order due to her ability to multitask!
