Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and manager are great.
One and done! I ordered through the mobile app and picked up in store. I took one sip of the matcha and my brain said “heck no!” I went inside and was immediately asked “What’s the problem?” When I explained that it was lacking any sweetness I was told that it’s because I opted out of one of the syrup pumps. Not judging Starbucks cause you know what you're getting. The staff is completely slow and inefficient. Be prepared to wait for no reason. Then a guy comes to window saying what are you waiting on? Literally looks a bit special so I'm not talking about special needs but overall a slow group
The young ladies at this location need to find another job if they don’t like working at Starbucks. They wasn’t smiling. They’re not friendly and they don’t know how to make the drink. I’m talking about a basic latte. I shouldn’t have half latte and half sweet cream foam. The sweet cream foam should be just at the top not half the drink. Horrible Customer Service. P.S. The Lead Or Manager Made My Drink & Still Didn’t Do It Right. -100/10
