Really disappointing experience. I redeemed points for two potato bites and a Medicine Ball, but only received one bite. When I brought it up, the staff seemed confused and didn’t correct the issue. Between the long lines, poor customer service, and constant mistakes, I’m done with Starbucks. Local coffee shops consistently get it right—Starbucks just doesn’t anymore.
