Terrible drive through service. The cashier was extremely rude. I was the one who greeted her. She looked annoyed and just gave me a very rude look- didn't acknowledge me at all. Then when I asked for napkins and a stopper for my coffee she handed it very rudely. It's like if you can't be nice to customers she should not even take a job that is customer facing. Went via the drive-through to order a coffee. Waited for an employee to answer. It takes awhile but a lady answers, but is laughing through out my order. I drive to the window and she’s there laughing non stop, which is very unprofessional and rude. It’s as if she’s making fun of me or something. I pay and she hands the coffee without the stopper. Came here many times as it is along my closest commute to work. Every single time I have come to this location my drink has been made wrong. I have no time to ask them to remake it because I'm in a hurry. In addition to that, the night staff has been extremely rude to me as I've gone through the drive-thru to order some things after work. One guy even rolled his eyes at me after I got my order and slammed the window shut.
