Location out of many many items, but ASM did not turn off online ordering. Not very receptive to issuing a refund for items not available at pickup.
charges everything for a fee, bathroom, water and even a cup. Unlike the other Starbucks.
I am so mad. I planned on buying a drink but my 6 year old needed to use the restroom first. Even though he was crying saying he was going to pee his pants and it hurt they WOULD NOT give me the code to the bathroom unless I purchased something first. This is unacceptable! I will be calling corporate for this. I understand an adult but a child!?!
