Am always greeted by the kindest people whenever I stop by this Starbucks. Today stood out though…I was served this lovely african american (mixed) girl with curls and the most dreamy eyes. Great manners, too. You guys should really consider giving her a raise.
This location is ridiculously inconsistent. Same drink, same order (iced americano with extra shot with tiny SPLASH of oat milk), but it’s like rolling the dice every time, rarely great, sometimes watered down, sometimes barely recognizable like I'm drinking a cup of milk. On top of that, sometimes I’ll stop in just to grab a quick water for my kiddo (Starbucks does have the best water) and they hand me iced water, other times I’m told I have to buy something first. Its a big Starbucks. Its a standard Starbucks. But what I can speak to is how badly they treated one of their employees. That's what I don't like about them. Their managers are terrible people so I dont like to support them.
