I was really disappointed with my recent experience. Nick was incredibly unprofessional. I've worked in customer service before, specifically as a barista at Starbucks in 2021, so I understand the importance of positive interactions. When I politely asked about the frappuccino options (since it had been a while since my last visit), he simply shrugged and made me feel like I was bothering him. This kind of attitude really detracts from the overall experience.
I take my kid this morning and I was waiting for my kid while my kid was walking around and he was not doing anything that make employees or other people uncomfortable but still one of there employees came to me and told me can you hold your kid cuz I don’t want him to get hurt but at the same time I feel they wanted me to leave at this point and I felt so uncomfortable like we can’t even take our kids to Starbucks anymore and she wasn’t friendly at all too so I feel disrespected and uncomfortable please let me know what the... read more
They dont make the Chai Tea right. Its only warm not hot so the tea flavor just isn't there. And it happens every time. I have stopped going to this location due to the poor quality of their drinks.

Have been to this Starbucks twice in the last 10 days with my wife. Axel made our specialty drinks amazingly tasty! What an incredible Barista! Additionally, he’s kind and really makes people feel appreciated and loved. Highly recommended!
