The staff were nice but they don't seem to know that their sweet cream cold brew coffees are supposed to be layered drinks. I don't mix mine and was really disappointed to get a mixed coffee. I accepted it because I was in a hurry, but they should make standard drinks from their menu correctly. I didn't order anything custom.
Drive thru order of a venti latte, nothing special, standard menu item. There were 4 cars total in front of me. Ordering was a breeze. After ordering, I waited a total of 14 minutes to get up to the window. The drink was great, but the service had me questioning the hold up because my drink was already sitting by the cashier and I still waited 2 minutes for it to be handed to me.
I went inside and ordered my food...received it and went to work. I just happened to look at my cup ans saw this, " you are loved". People never really know what you are dealing with and this really made my day. To the barista, and I think I know who it was, thank you, I appreciate your kind words. You are loved as well
