I ordered an Americano online and it said it was ready around 12:26pm, I came in didn’t see my order asked one of the Barista and she told me it was still in progress, then I waited another half an hour still haven’t got it. Then I asked again another Barista he said he will make it now, and the Barista before said she already told me it was in progress? I mean I already trusted her so I kept on waiting.
