This Starbucks must have had a change in staffing because I had no issues with courtesy or service. Time of the day can also be a factor, as I usually frequent coffee shops in the early part of the day, so maybe I get more of an “optimistic experience.” Located on State Street and close to UW, I only found two major flaws here—1.) parking, and 2.) a higher levels of peddlers. I usually get Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso at Starbucks, but I rarely get the exact taste of this drink at this Starbucks store. It could be because of the person who made it or because of the ingredients, etc.
Today I witnessed something quite rare nowadays. Staff treating everyone with such care and respect. This is why I keep coming back. Kudos to management. Amazing leadership equals empowered and compassionate staff.
