The store said it was open online and allowed me to place an online order for pickup, then took my 7 dollars for a coffee I never got. Nobody was in Starbucks and a Kroger worker said nobody is coming because of the snowy roads. Called the next day so they could give me a return and the manager Angie was very rude to me and would not accommodate me in any way and said to call corporate Starbucks. Why is it businesses these days, when they remodel, they decide to go with a look that screams "We followed policy and guidelines" said in a monotone script reading voice? Grey and brown and more lights then are actually necessary. The same kind of look McDonalds went for when they lost the plot. The place needs some atmosphere, even some basic wall art of mountains or rivers or farms where the crops are grown, just something so it's not looking like the water fountain of coffee shops. Went in there around 1 the rudest customer service experience of my life. honestly needs better employees, no greeting that’s fine but unnecessary rude behavior that’s awful to be honest. I understand that food service is difficult. But still it’s no reason they should be this rude honestly went here twice both times disappointed
