Asked for a shaken espresso as always and received a cup of practically milk without the topping I paid for. Had to ask for the topping to be put on and asked about the color since I should at least be able to see the espresso in it. Was told to try it and if I didnt like it then they would remake it. I know what i order every day and what it should look like. Ive NEVER been told that I need to try it before they remake it.
