I visited today with some friends and ordered a venti drink along with a croissant. I was given a grande instead, and the pastry was also incorrect. I went back politely to ask for the right size. While the drink was remade, the experience became uncomfortable because two staff members, Stephanie and Jocelyn, dump the drink in the sink, were not being nice and giving us side eye. This is an absolutely terrible Starbucks. I always try to go to the actual Starbucks stores but this one is in Safeway and I accidentally ordered on the app here. Bad experience. Started my day off wrong on what was supposed to be a pick me up. :(

“Friendly” barista looked at me 2 minutes before close and said “we’re closed” and turned around to help her last customer. Not the friendliest way to decline money and a tip. To whoever was closing, I’m sorry to whoever hurt you that day or in your life. I was gonna give you a few extra bucks for an espresso shot.
