We love our Chesterfield Starbucks team!! You are all amazing!
Twice now, I've received cold coffee after placing a mobile order at this location. Being the location is drive thru only, I would have had to wait in the drive thru line again in order to have them correct this, which in both cases I didn't have time for. Especially given the price, it's unacceptable that the coffee was not served fresh and hot.
We were the only customers in line, but it still took quite a bit of time to have our order taken and then to wait on our drinks. Clearly, it wasn't a great experience.
