I was having such a rough start to the morning but luckily Sadie was working the front desk. She was very sweet and kind and really made my morning. I now know which starbucks im going to from here on; thanks for making my day sadie!
Avoid this Starbucks. Typically a long wait time and sometimes poor customer service. They struggle to keep croissants warm because your croissant will sit on the counter for 20 minutes while you wait for your coffee to be prepared. It’s obviously better to make the customer’s coffee first, since it takes this location about 20 minutes per order, and then heat the croissant after the coffee order is ready.
Bertha made my day! She went above and beyond and truly helped me have a better day. This is my favorite Starbucks. Thank you Bertha 🤗🤗🤗
