Always quiet and good atmosphere
Showing up anywhere in the morning can be awesome, and sometimes it's not. But this location is always a good way to start your day. I appreciate the team working early mornings and still giving me a great product. Thank you!!!
I went through the drive-thru and was helped by a blonde barista. When the tip screen popped up, I went to press one dollar, but she quickly moved it so I ended up hitting the maximum tip instead, then smiled and said “thank you.” When I got my chai tea latte, the cup was packed with ice even though I had clearly asked for light ice, so I mentioned it to her. Placed a pickup order for 6 PM and arrived before closing. Unfortunately, my peppermint hot chocolate had no chocolate—it was just peppermint milk—and one of the hot coffees was only half full. There was no customer service or greeting, and since they closed shortly after, I couldn’t go back to fix the order. Very disappointing experience.
