Subpar Customer Service Dear customers just get a refund when they mess up your drink. Starbucks needs the business but the rude and bias employees could care less about quality of a drink esp when you politely ask for remake. They also need a class in attitude issues towards customers. I ordered a drink online that I didn’t like the taste of.
