Really nice Starbucks location.
Shasta is exceedingly unpleasant every single time I encounter her. It’s to the point that I simply won’t come to this location anymore. The condescension, passive aggression, and extremely hostile attitude is exhausting. Also really concerning watching baristas use their hands to shield ice from falling onto the counter, meaning ice touches their hand and then just falls into the drink. Maybe some food safety retraining is needed.
