Downgrading for today because I was in the drive-through for 40 minutes. The food and drink are still great, and I expect I will go back to a five-star review after my next visit.
Stood inside for almost 10 mins and no one said a word to me or even told me to wait or nothing. Made eye contact and just looked away from me. I felt so awkward
Update: I literally don’t know what to do. I feel like I could order my coffee three hours early order ahead and they would still manage to make me late for work!! Yesterday supposedly the machine ate my order, but they could still make it today. The app is wrong about how long it’s going to take so they took forever.
