By FAR, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people are super rude. Do better .
Very slow, would get nasty if you asked questions, told me I needed to get used to a “tourist town” then got my drinks wrong after waiting 15 min.
A day at Estes Park is not complete without a visit to the Starbucks. I was happily surprised that this nice little town has a Starbucks. And such a nice and lively one to! Lots of space to chill down after a stroll thru downtown. Many restrooms, so no lines.
They put the wrong milk in my coffee, I asked the lady at the window if they could remake it. She ensured me it was correct. It was not. I went back asked for a remake and the lady took my old coffee put milk in a cup and poured the other coffee on top? Handed it to me and it tasted like water down milk? That's what we get when paying 7$ can't even remake it when you mess up? The customer service was the worse I have ever seen at a Starbucks! UNBELIEVABLE.
If your in the market for being completely ignored while putting straws away for 15 minutes, this is the place for you! It's not my cup of tea but it might be your thing. Drive down the hill if you actually want coffee. Good luck!
