Absolutely loved my recent visits to this Starbucks. Ryanon is a wonderful leader and her whole team is consistently friendly and welcoming. They somehow keep the line moving fast without ever making you feel rushed. The remodel looks fantastic and is so comfy. That along with the new product rollout has made me fall in love with Starbucks all over again! I was in the area and stopped here. My drink was blended perfectly and the baristas were very friendly! I am happy that I stopped in.
Disappointed with my experience today. The blonde barista who appeared to be in her early to mid-20s seemed visibly annoyed while serving us, as if we were inconveniencing her. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Starbucks, and this interaction fell short. I hope management can focus more on proper training and professionalism.
