I ordered a Frappuccino, and they gave me it with chocolate dripping down the side all the way to the bottom, but they did not give me any napkins. They also didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a coffee for someone else (who I specified wasn’t with me) and they just gave me it without a stopper or anything. I also ordered a third drink and they didn’t give me a carrying case for these 3 drinks. Usually a good experience here but today I received a room temperature Americano….. didn’t have time to ask for a new one so just took it anyways. $5 for cold coffee isn’t a very good experience
