Got my order wrong twice
Nice service
The one in river park was unable to make my drink the way I ordered it because there was no button for adding base. Idk why "ask me" didn't work for that situation or maybe is was not working as far as that employee was concerned. Either way they lost a sale.
barista named jeni with red hair was very rude made every drink wrong and filled to the very brim with ice when asked for light ice no eye contact hardly held the drinks out the window had to unbuckle my seat belt to reach in and grab the drink from her when i asked if i could get my drink remade she laughed at me and shut the window
If they want to improve they have to change the staff quickly
