Fastest Drive thru ever..with great customer service
Service here is horrible long wait times in drive through
10 minutes for a cold brew and shot of espresso when no one was in front of me and only one person was waiting for a drink. Then two leads come out from back and offered excuses but were in the back and had no idea of what was occurring. So instead of helping they attempted to make me feel that I was wrong. So odd. Definitely a first for me. Especially when they did not even pay attention to the other gentleman who was asking about his order as well. Hopefully upper management reads this to address their staff.
