The older folk in the picture were so rude. I came in before them and saved that table they are sitting at by putting my folder on the table. I planned to meet my colleague here to go over our work. They ordered before me because I went to save the table first before ordering. While I was ordering (after them) the old lady with sunglasses took my folder off the table and I saw her, so I yelled from the cashier, "i'm saving that table" and she didn't care she walked over to me gave me my folder and said "you can't do that". Apperently when u put cold foam and they dont wanna do it you just outta luck even through u paid for it. Chocolate cold foam is not the same as milk foam. U can't just switch them out cause u wanna be lazy or stupid or something
My coffee is delicious ! However, customer service was terrible this morning at 7:20 am. I was picking up my order thru drive through. The girl then said “$10.90” I looked at her confused as I placed my order thru the app. Before I could say anything she asked “drive thru” I said yes. The girl then replied with “ that’s all you had to say “with an attitude . I won’t be visiting this location.
