On 2/22/25 my 10 year old son went into this location and asked for a cup of water as he was very thirsty. He told me they wouldn’t give him any water because he was not a customer. I went inside and spoke to Nico who reported their new policy is you must be a customer to get a cup of water. I literally go to Starbucks almost everyday and since this negative encounter involving a child, I with refuse to spend another dollar at Starbucks and will now go to other shops.
I’m conflicted about this review. Pros - new, clean modern. Staff welcomed me when I walked in - super friendly. Offered ceramic mug or to-go cup (not sure if that’s a pro or not….just interesting). Cons - no electrical outlets - they were all covered. A coffeeshop where you can’t plug in a laptop is AWFUL. That’s the whole reason I stopped there. I didn’t get offered a refill - I thought that was a new thing to do that?
