This Starbucks location is on the UNLV campus! I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years, and all the staff have been phenomenal, especially Caroline, who goes above and beyond in customer service. At times, you will see a long line, but that's understandable considering the large population of students coming in and out of the Student Union. Overall, the staff is great, and the service is nice! Oh, and the drinks taste good too :)

This place is garbage. I broke my ankle on Thursday and couldn’t make it to class, so a friend recorded and took notes for me, as a thank you I wanted to get her a drink. They messed up her drink but she liked the taste so she didn’t complain & they messed up my drink but it was (10am Monday) peak hours so I didn’t wana go back to complain either. I also ordered a burrito, walked all the way to lot F on a broken ankle to my car, before opening the bag and realizing I got a sandwich. Tried calling but no one answered so I had... read more

This Starbucks is the worst! I have been here twice in the last month and both times on Saturdays, as I’m waiting for my Fiancé to finish something for her weekend classes. The first time, they kicked me out of the lobby at two O’clock, which is fine as that is the closing time posted on the door; it was a little inconvenient but I understood.
