Mgr. Was rude and uncooperative. My coffee was only 1/2 full and when I went back with receipt he would not give me anymore. This was a $10 cappuccino. Extremely bad customer service.

This starbucks is good, the service is also good. But when you go there early there is no problem, but if you wait to go past 8h30-9h am, expect to wait longtime for a coffee, i recommend when there is a lot of people go for a regular coffee because you wont wait like for speciality coffee. I went there many times during the NFR, you got to chooss the right time to go.
They had 7 people working here and still pretty slow. Line was pretty long and the checkout person was taking her own time engaging in small talks. It was in the morning and a busy time.
