I have asked nicely for extra wide straw for my beverage, lady over the counter rudely replied that she will not give me one because my coffee is coming into normal one, she gave me a dirty look and went off.
Unusually slow baristas for Starbucks, and it was pretty messy. You should hire more staff.
They were very nice and fast. My ham and cheese croissant was great.
The service is painfully slow and awful.
Ordered a sweet cream vanilla cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. There was only cold foam, no vanilla or sweet cream. The lady making the drinks would just ask if we wanted to see her cry when drinks were brought back to be remade. Didn’t want the hassle so I left. For the amount of money spent it’s a shame to not get what you ordered and made to feel like you can’t go back to get it made right. Would not come here again.
