Today I purchased a $9 venti cappuccino and the cup was only 2/3 full!
Stopped by for a quick coffee before boarding, hoping for one good cup to kick-start the flight. The store itself is convenient and easy to spot inside the airport, which is a plus when you’re short on time. Unfortunately, the line moved painfully slow. The staff members didn’t have a clue what they were doing. They were getting people’s orders mixed up, and the drinks weren’t nice.
Hot chocolate wasn't great. Just meh. But what struck me was unfriendly staff. A simple request of extra hot was ignored. 18$ for 2 hot chocolate with a free frown. First time bad experience at a starbucks.
It is probably the worst service there is, I like Starbucks but this personnel is very rude they take advantage of you because they have a lot of business and only because is the only coffee shop in this area I wish they have more coffee options here, then you as a customer will be appreciated
