I ordered an espresso and they gave me a completely clean and empty cup. I notified the barista and they seemed annoyed. On the second attempt there was about a quarter of a normal 30 ml shot in the cup. After brewing an example shot to show me and then throw away, I finally managed to get a standard shot of espresso on the third try. All this and it cost over $5 USD as well.
Rude staff, bad coffee. I asked the guy working there if the coffee is hot. He rudely said - It's always hot. I ordered coffee and it was barely lukewarm, and didn't taste good. Worst Starbucks experience ever.
Today I purchased a $9 venti cappuccino and the cup was only 2/3 full!
