There was only one person working and she gets off at 4pm. I got there at 3:50, placed one frappe order, and she was rushing to make the drink, so I had 2 big ice that was not even blended. I know that she knows very well that my drink was not fully blended because when she poured it into the cup, you could see the ice falling into the cup. But because I was busy looking at the cup merchandise, seems like she played dumb to not see the ice. Guess I won't be returning to this Starbucks.
I went there this morning this is the second time their machine was down I had no cash on me so I waited in line for 45 minutes. They should put a sign at the entrance that their card reader is down. There was so many people that had to stay in line because they did not know mind you they are super slow. I try to avoid this location and now I will not go anymore.
Super nice people working here! The staff here seem really happy all the time! They made sure to get my order to me in a timely manner. Very clean premises.
If you have any special medical/dietary needs don’t come to this location. I needed a drink with no ice even if it wasn’t filled to the top because I can’t drink it all at once due to gastric sleeve. And with this heat, the ice will ruin it and I won’t be able to drink it later. Manager is on a power trip, no empathy whatsoever for my medical needs. Said it very rudely and could care less about my medical dietary needs. I’ve been ordering the drink like this all over Fresno/Clovis, all over California with no problem.
