Super nice people working here! The staff here seem really happy all the time! They made sure to get my order to me in a timely manner. Very clean premises.
If you have any special medical/dietary needs don’t come to this location. I needed a drink with no ice even if it wasn’t filled to the top because I can’t drink it all at once due to gastric sleeve. And with this heat, the ice will ruin it and I won’t be able to drink it later. Manager is on a power trip, no empathy whatsoever for my medical needs. Said it very rudely and could care less about my medical dietary needs. I’ve been ordering the drink like this all over Fresno/Clovis, all over California with no problem.
The lady didn’t let me redeem my points or use my points of my app. She said only gift cards or credit card physically she will take. In the past this place been so amazing with their community service but this time they get one star. When in around 9:30 am like aways but this time she was in a bad mood don’t recommend going to this place early in the morning now
Should be shut down. Horrible company. Investing in genocide. Bad coffee.
