Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service was extremely poor. The two employees working behind the counter spent most of their time chatting with each other, had a bad attitude, and were even talking about customers..... The most frustrating part was waiting about 20 minutes just to receive a cup of water and a Frappuccino, even though the store wasn’t very busy.... Attention store Manager....
Absolutely awful. Long wait times for horrible food and coffee. Don’t go here
The one we went to was located next to ice cream shop and the escalator. Staff was nice and the drinks were made good. We were able to use our points. The wait wasn't too long.
I visited this Starbucks during the NFPA Conference at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and unfortunately it was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had. As a hijab-wearing customer, I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated differently. While I can’t know the staff’s intentions, the cashier and another employee behind the bar repeatedly stared at us in a way that made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.
