I visited this Starbucks during the NFPA Conference at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and unfortunately it was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had. As a hijab-wearing customer, I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated differently. Please have someone in management position contact me regarding this review as soon as possible. Very unpleasant experience at this location today. This is not the first time here experiencing a negative transaction with staff, but today certainly was the most unpleasant. Ordered 2 Venti refreshers, with very light ice.
