It’s frustrating to ask for extra ice, only to have it thrown in last, spilling the espresso and watering down the drink. Why not add ice first, use less milk, and keep the right amount of espresso? Now I’m stuck with a weak, diluted coffee. Thank you to the barista that made it
Last 2 times I have stopped here they are out of oat milk. Is this an ordering problem, a supplier problem? It's one of the most popular items...you would think you would make sure it's stocked.
