There are always quite a lot of people here, which can make the wait a bit longer. One downside is that the rooms don’t have a coffee maker, so many guests come down at the same time. If you’re in a hurry, it’s definitely worth downloading the app and placing your order in advance.
If you order a drink here and they get it wrong, don’t expect the remake to be any better — it might actually be worse.
It costs extra to have less ice! Seriously? Maybe don’t fill the cups up all the way with ice to begin with.
Opened late two days in a row while a convention going on. Put in a mobile order to bypass the line because the corporate hours list it open at 7am. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order put in before 2-3 customers from the counter that got their order, first. Now I’m sitting here while it’s closed, waiting to pick up my mobile order that said it will be ready in “3-8 minutes” with no clue when I might get my order.
