Not the friendliest of staff. Should probably tend to costumers before chatting about your personal lives behind till. The younger generation suck at costumer service it’s a shame.

I was just in to grab a coffee 1:27 today. Nobody in the store. I asked for my usual grade or tall with 1 sweetener of any kind and a creamer. She said the condiments are over there. I said can you add them. She put in the sweetener and said you put in what cream you want. Not happy I have arthritis and a sore finger but you would think paying close to 4.00 for a cup they could put it in for you. Might have to stop at any of the other coffee shops for just the service.

This location needs to do a better job of training their staff. I order the same drink every single time and it never tastes the same. I ordered a hot matcha latte today and half the drink was just thick foam that tasted absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this location, if Starbucks is going to charge $7 for a drink than maybe train your staff better so they know how to make it properly.
