This location needs to do a better job of training their staff. I order the same drink every single time and it never tastes the same. I ordered a hot matcha latte today and half the drink was just thick foam that tasted absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this location, if Starbucks is going to charge $7 for a drink than maybe train your staff better so they know how to make it properly.
The girl working said they don’t put cream in iced coffees and to put it in myself at the self serve counter behind me. I told her I’ve been going to Starbucks for 18 years and never heard such a false statement before. She chose to double down and tell me they won’t put cream in a venti iced coffee. I proceeded to walk out and go to the hespeler road location. This Zehrs Starbucks is a joke every single time.
I think I am at end of the rope with starbuck's regular coffee. Gave them too many chances. Mistakes still made. Expected fresh brewed taste, only find them all flat and watered down. Like Tim Hortons. Might well listen to my dentist and stop drinking caffeinated drinks now.
This was my first time at this location, the girl making the drinks seemed new, she took about 15 minutes to make 2 drinks, not a big deal but my house is about a half an hour drive and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized she made me a very bitter peppermint mocha latte instead of a chai tea latte and got the coffee I dropped off to my moms work wrong as well. Very disappointing when you pay $7 per drink and they’re both wrong. I won’t be attending this location again.
