First time that I had the cash tip out and decided not to leave any. My order was slammed on the counter and spilled coffee. No big deal, as I wiped it off myself. Was expecting an apology and wanted to leave the tip at that moment. But employees completely ignored me and the mess that they've made. Hence the 2 stars. I love Starbucks, so very disappointing experience. Won't come back to this location.
Wonderful location, perfect for the working collars in the area, pumpkin spice latte is in season
Had a great experience here today. The vibe was chill though they were pretty busy (especially drive thru). Lots of room inside and adequate seating outside. Barista was chatty and welcoming Even the patrons were opening doors for others, giving friendly nods and thank yous. Just chill atmosphere to sit, enjoy my coffee and take in! Oh and my drink was great 😏😎
I had a bad experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a brownie and waited over 10 minutes without being notified that it was ready.
