the experience I had here is lacking of listening to customers. I explained to the barista staff that I had just order a coffee and a sandwich from drive thru and I drove off with just coffee so I went in to get my sandwich and I repeated like three times to barista staff and had whole mood and just kept looking at her employee. I come here very rarely and this just made me not come back. Food and coffee and is good
I overheard a barista discussing their personal support for the government agency ICE at the counter. Regardless of anyone's political leanings, these types of polarizing and sensitive topics are inappropriate for a service setting and made the shop feel very unwelcoming. I won't be returning.
Stopped in last week to have a meeting. Staff was great and will be my go to store. Order was made to perfection. Thank you.
Got a plain black coffee, didn’t realize it until I got to work… had to go back and reorder, explained the situation. I didn’t even get an apology. This is the worse chocolate mocha I’ve never had. What a waste of time and money.
